The information and content on the web site webretaileraward.com, which is operated by the company CENEJE družba za trgovino in poslovno svetovanje d.o.o., Štukljeva cesta 40, 1000 Ljubljana, registration no. 6699421000 (hereinafter referred to as “Ceneje” or “the company”), is made available to users under the terms and conditions set out below.
As a visitor to our website, we ask you to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out below. By viewing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to and fully accept these terms and conditions.

Any use of the website that does not constitute normal use by an individual is prohibited, constitutes economic damage and will be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities. Normal use is defined as use without any software tools and in terms of the normal number of requests for access in a given period of time, with a maximum of 2 requests per second being considered normal.
By using the website, you undertake to:
- you will not assume another person’s identity or represent yourself by a false name or a name which you are not authorised to use;
- you will not use the website to encourage, facilitate or carry out any criminal activity;
- you will not download or upload files containing viruses, Trojan viruses or any other programs that may cause potential harm;
- you will not access or attempt to access accounts owned by other users or attempt to hack into the security systems of the website; or attempt to damage, disable or adversely affect the operation of the website.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior warning, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the aforementioned restrictions.

At the same time, the website owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the content of the website at any time, without any prior notice, and assumes no responsibility for the re-launch of the website. Likewise, the owner of the website may modify the data, and information available on this website at any time and without any prior notice. The use of the website owner’s trademark is only permitted with the prior permission of the website owner. All texts, images and other content displayed on the website are for information purposes only.
The company and other legal entities involved in the creation or maintenance of the website shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the data and information on the website.
The company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information obtained from other entities. The company’s legal liability for damages suffered by users as a result of this is therefore excluded in its entirety.
Protection of personal data and privacy management
The data collected during the signing up/registration process on the website will be used exclusively for the purposes of the conference or to provide and communicate relevant information regarding the event.
The data of participants/visitors obtained in the course of registration or participation in the conference will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purposes for which they have been provided or are being processed (provision/conduct of the Ecommerce Jam conference), and will only be used by authorised employees of Ceneje d.o.o. or, if necessary, will only be disclosed to (contractual) processors. The data may be passed on to third parties for the provision of necessary services. Data provided for this purpose will not be used for advertising services or products without the consent of the individual.
Participants of the Ecommerce Jam event have the possibility to scan their accreditation in the conference area. By doing so, they give their consent to the sharing of registration data with the contractor or service provider. By allowing the scanning of the participant’s accreditation, the participant authorises the sharing of data such as name, surname, and job title with third parties, i.e. with the service provider of that service.
The participant/visitor may exercise his/her right of access to personal data, the right to data portability, the right to rectification of inaccurate data and the right to restriction of processing, the right to erasure, or the right to object, under the conditions laid down by the legislation in force in the field of personal data protection. Please send your request or any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. The participant/visitor also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner.
Terms and conditions of participation at the conference
Participation in the event/conference is strictly limited to those of legal age or over 18 years of age. Participants who do not register before the event are advised to bring their business card.
The conference organisers reserve the right to refuse participation in the event to individuals who are deemed unsuitable in terms of professional orientation.
By attending, participants/visitors agree not to participate in any polling, leaflet distribution, demonstrations, controversial behaviour or any activities that may disrupt the conference. If they do not comply with this, the organiser has the right to ask them to leave the conference.
It is a registration requirement that all conference participants accredit themselves in their own name and print out a valid EAN participant/visitor code. The accreditation holder must not allow his/her accreditation to be carried by another person. Breaking this rule may result in the removal of the accreditation holder and the person carrying the accreditation from the conference.
Photographing and recording the Ecommerce Jam Conference
Photography and filming will take place at the event in order to promote or report on the event. Please note that official photographers will be present at the Ecommerce Jam Conference to film and photograph the event.
By attending the conference, participants/visitors consent to being filmed and photographed, and the conference organiser and its affiliates shall have the right to use all videos and photographs of attendees for marketing and promotional purposes in any and all types of media, without compensation or liability.
By entering the premises or participating in the conference, you agree to the defined terms and conditions. Photography and filming is carried out in accordance with the applicable national law on the protection of personal data (ZVOP-1 Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/2004 et seq.) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Storage of photographs and recordings:
Ceneje d.o.o., Štukljeva 40, 1000 Ljubljana stores photographs and recordings until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled.
Rights in connection with photographs and recordings:
In accordance with applicable law (including any exceptions or derogations from such law), the data subject has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to have any errors in his or her personal data rectified and the right to object, on reasonable grounds, to processing of his or her personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (i.e. the Information Commissioner) in relation to the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights and have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com. The controller may request additional information from the participant for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of the exercise of rights relating to personal data and may refuse to act only if it demonstrates that it cannot reliably identify the participant.
The management of photographs and recordings taken at the event will be in accordance with and interpreted in accordance with EU and Slovenian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovenia. This does not affect your legal rights.

Ticketing and Cancellation/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation/registration in the event/conference without costs is possible until 30.10.2022 with an email, addressed to email@example.com.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of your registration/participation fee.
In case of later cancellation up to and including 7.11.2022, we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. All cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund.
Participant exchanges are possible until 9.11.2022 by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not attend the conference and do not notify us, we will not refund your registration fee/participation fee.
PAYMENT BY INVOICE:
You will receive an invoice for your participation in the event to the e-mail address you entered within 5 working days after registration. Payment will be made by Visa, Mastercard or to the company’s transaction account upon receipt of the invoice.
Financial transactions relating to our website and service may be handled by our payment service providers (Paypal). We will only share transaction data with our payment service provider to the extent necessary to process your payments and refunds and to handle complaints and queries related to payments and refunds.
Ceneje d.o.o. will also send an invoice to the Buyer in pdf format to the Buyer’s email address. The invoice shall contain a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information. Subsequent complaints regarding the correctness of the invoices will be disregarded.
Ceneje d.o.o. organises the Web Retailer Award once a year at the Ecommerce Jam conference.
The participants of the award and the recipient of the award accept and agree to the following General Terms and Conditions of the award:
General Award Terms and Conditions:
Award ceremony Organisers.
The organizer of the online award competition is Ceneje d.o.o., Štukljeva cesta 40, 1000 Ljubljana.
(hereinafter referred to as the “Award Organiser”).
Who can participate
Only those over 18 years of age may participate in the online award competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Award competition”). Employees and other associates of the Award competition Organiser are not eligible to participate in the Award competition.
Employees of Ceneje d.o.o. may not participate in the Web Retailer Award. Participants in the Web Retailer AWARD authorise Ceneje d.o.o. to manage, maintain, aggregate and process the personal data collected from participants and registered users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the protection of personal data concerning the use of personal data. Ceneje d.o.o. ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Rules of participation
Only participants who meet the following conditions will be eligible to participate in the award competition:
- have an online shop;
- they have completed the registration form on webretaileraward.com in time
enter a valid email address in the form on the award competition website.
The competition will run from 07/06/2022 from 08:00 until 23:59 on 08/09/2022 inclusive. Users who enter the Sweepstakes before or after the start or end of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified.
The Web Retailer Award ceremony takes place at the Ecommerce Jam on the day of the conference itself.
No cash payment of the award is possible. The award competition organisers shall not be held liable for any material, moral or criminal consequences arising from the award or the use of the award. The award is non-transferable.
The award competition
The winners will be announced on 10/11/2022 at 5 pm at the Ecommerce Jam at the Tvornica kulture, Šubićeva ulica 2 in Zagreb. The results of the award competition are final and cannot be appealed. The winners will be announced on webretaileraward.com and on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin Ceneje.si., All participants will be notified of the outcome of the competition by email, no later than one week after the announcement.
The winner will be able to collect the award at the Ecommerce Jam conference at the Tvornica kulture, Šubićeva ulica 2 in Zagreb, or we will arrange a pick-up at Ceneje d.o.o. at 40 Štukljeva ulica later, or we will send the award by post to the address provided in the email, in case the winner is unable to attend the Ecommerce Jam conference.
The winner will be informed of the award, the method and the deadline for collecting the award by the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. The winner will be contacted individually to arrange a pick-up date for the award at the Ceneje d.o.o. headquarters in Ljubljana. No cash payment of the award is possible, and no exchange of awards is possible, other than as provided for in the General award Terms and Conditions. Participants in the Web Retailer Award are aware of the possibility of winning awards and in this respect agree to provide all necessary information, if necessary.
Privacy and protection of personal data
The Organiser undertakes not to disclose to third parties the personal data of the participants collected in this award competition and to protect such data in accordance with applicable law. By participating in the award competition, the participant gives his/her consent to the organiser, as the controller of the personal data collection, to manage, maintain and control the personal data collection of the award competition participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004 et seq.) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collection of the award competition participants comprises the following personal data: Name, e-mail address.
Participants in the award competition consent to their personal data (name and e-mail address) being collected in the database. Participants expressly agree that the Organiser (Ceneje d.o.o., Štukljeva cesta 40, 1000 Ljubljana), as the controller of the personal data, may process the personal data obtained from them independently and at its own discretion exclusively for the duration of the award competition and for the following purposes:
- the organisation and execution of the award competition in all its aspects;
- informing the winners of the result of the award competition;
- publication of the winners on the webretaileraward.com website and on Ceneje.si social channels
announcement of the winners in the emails that will be sent to inform all participants;
receiving the Ceneje.si comparison shopping portal’s e-newsletter with product categories, interesting offers, shopping tips, important notifications to users and other promotional campaigns.
Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the link that is always published in each e-mail.
Ceneje d.o.o. may process the personal data collected for the purposes of informing about sampling rewards, surveys and statistical data processing, for determining the use of the services, for customising the offer and segmentation, for market research, for informing about offers, news, and benefits, and for other marketing purposes. The Customer undertakes not to disclose the data to third parties. The winner also authorises the publication of his/her name, surname and photo on the website and Facebook page of the provider. The award cannot be exchanged for cash or other awards.
Rights of participants in the implementation based on their consent
An individual may at any time request the award Organiser to permanently or temporarily stop using his or her personal data. Such a request may be made at any time to email@example.com, specifying that he/she wishes to with competition the consents given in the context of this award competition.
In addition, he has the following rights:
The right to access or extract his/her personal data collected in connection with him/her in machine-readable form;
the right to rectification of inaccurate data collected in connection with it;
the right to “forget” (delete) all the data collected about him/her, provided that the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation are met;
the right to file a complaint against the controller with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation.
Any of the above requests concerning the exercise of rights relating to personal data shall be addressed in writing to the Controller’s e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. The controller may request additional information from the participant for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of the exercise of rights relating to personal data but may refuse to act only if it proves that it cannot reliably identify the participant.
The award organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruptions in access to or malfunctions of the website, nor shall it guarantee the success of the use of the website.
Any questions or complaints regarding the award Giving can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The decision of the Award Organiser on all issues relating to the Award and the rules of the Web Retailer Award is final and applicable to all entrants. Written objections and submissions that do not comply with the Award Rules will not be considered.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to extend the award Period, to suspend the Competition and amend the General Terms and Conditions during the award Period for reasons of force majeure, abuse of the system or any other act beyond its reasonable control, to cancel a particular award Period and restart the Competition under the existing or amended terms and conditions or to decide to suspend the Competition and not to award an award. Entrants to the award competition waive any legal claims against the Promoter directly or indirectly related to their participation in the award competition.
It is possible to change the participant within one company until 30.10.2022 by writing to email@example.com.
If you do not attend the conference and do not notify us by 20.10.2022, we will not refund your registration fee/participation fee.
