During his career he has worked in various marketing and advertising roles at Nike’s European headquarters in Amsterdam. He currently leads the Nike Direct marketing team, responsible for marketing across all DTC channels in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In the past, he has worked on award-winning campaigns and at some of Europe’s and the world’s biggest sporting events. Maja Bilić

Senior Lead na Google NYC

Maja Bilic is a senior lead at Google NYC with a passion for giving back to the community, helping to advance gender equality and promoting mental health awareness. After finishing her master degree in Information sciences and a master degree in Phonetics from University of Zagreb, Maja joined one of the first startup agencies in Croatia, Degordian, that revolutionized the digital marketing and startup scene in Croatia. She spent 5 years as Lead Project Manager and Production team leader in Degordian (ex. iStudio) while also being very active in the tech community in Croatia, especially in promoting gender equality in tech. In 2015. she left Croatia and moved to London, UK to start with Google as a senior consultant where she worked on helping enterprise businesses and big agencies benefit from focus on data in their business objectives. After 5 years she moved to New York where she currently leads Global Measurement and Programmatic Ads Go to Market strategy

Boris Trupčević,

CEO of FOREO

Before jumping into the world of well-being and beauty-tech at the end of 2020, Boris Trupčević was a media expert with over 25 years of experience and more than 100 international awards, a long-time CEO, former General Manager of Styria Group Croatia, Board member at International News Media Association, and president of Croatian Publishers Association. He has a strong product development background, he loves design, innovation, new technologies, and all things digital. Turnarounds and change management have been a part of all of his jobs. Beginning 2021, Trupcevic took over the leadership of Swedish beauty-tech brand FOREO as the company’s CEO and found himself at the forefront of yet another transformation, elevating the beauty-tech brand beyond the beauty category and into well-being. In 2021 alone, under his leadership, FOREO expanded its portfolio with 8 new innovative products, with even more planned for 2022. Trupcevic took a major step towards sustainability and continues to drive innovation as well as strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Ana Matković,

Key Account Manager in the Online Channel

Ana started her career at Coca-Cola HBC in 2019 as a Sales Trainee in the Management Trainee Programme for Youth Development. In 3 years she has gained invaluable experience in key account management and has been part of the COVID-19 team from the very beginning to develop CCHBC sales through online channels and has also implemented best practices in the market, which are recognized by the entire Coca-Cola HBC Group. Ana currently holds the position of Key Account Manager for the online channel for Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ondrej Slama

Freelance Marketing Consultant

Digital marketing has been Ondrej’s means of living since 2006. His career spans from working for a publishing house, international agencies (Dentsu International), client/advertiser (Alza.cz, Prusa Research) as a freelancer all the way to being CEO of his own SEM agency and working for some of the biggest advertisers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is also a Google Certified Trainer and frequently lectures on marketing strategy, digital media planning and YouTube advertising.

Sara Milošević

Social Media Specialist

Sara Milošević completed her undergraduate studies in management, and then her master’s degree in Marketing Engineering and Communication at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade. In the last year of the faculty, she was in the program of the American Chamber of Commerce – AmChamps, dedicated to young leaders, who work with their mentors from companies to develop their skills. After graduating, she soon joined Philip Morris International in the digital marketing team where she worked in web marketing. Today, she is a part of the Nordeus team that deals with the Nordeus brand and external communications in the position of Social Media Specialist and takes care of all digital channels. Since she is a big fan of marketing, in her free time she shares her knowledge at TikTok in the field of marketing and brand building. In addition, she gave lectures on personal brand building and general marketing for various organizations such as the Digital Serbia Initiative, StartIt, FON Student Union, SUMA at PMF and many others.

Liraz Margalit, PhD, is a Social Psychologist who specializes in Behavioral Design and Decision Making. She integrates Neuropsychology and Behavioral Economics perspectives to analyze User behavior and deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. Liraz is a lecturer at the IDC and a worldwide keynote speaker. Her consumer behavior research was awarded with the OBE, Online Business Excellence for 2016 as well as the Best of Neuromarketing and was chosen as CMSWire contributor of the year 2017. Her research papers and studies can be found in top business magazines such as Entrepreneur, TechCrunch and Forbes.
